The Victoria Line runs from Brixton, home of the famous Electric Avenue, to William Morris' old haunt, Walthamstow. On Harry Beck's famous Tube Map, the line is light blue and the seat pattern (or moquette to a true Londoner) on the trains is incredibly eye-catching. On a particularly boring commute, the pattern struck me and I began to daydream. Playing with the main shapes of the pattern, I created a typeface in tribute to the London Underground's best line.
